Praxis Projects

Praxis is intentional action. The Praxis Projects page is where I put that principle into practice.

Each quarter, I choose a small set of meaningful goals and work through the Praxis Cycle to improve them:

Better Decisions → Intentional Actions → Better Outcomes

These projects demonstrate how the cycle works in the real world—how clarity leads to action, how action leads to progress, and how Better Outcomes guide the next cycle.

This page serves as the home base for tracking each quarter, sharing progress, and reflecting on what I learn along the way.

How Praxis Projects Work

Every Praxis Project follows the same simple structure:

  • Better Decisions
Clarify the desired outcome, why it matters, and the most important next step.
  • Intentional Actions
Take purposeful steps that align with those decisions. Adjust as you learn.
  • Better Outcomes
Review results honestly. Celebrate progress. Refine the next cycle.

These cycles compound over time—building capability, mastery, and meaningful, internalized change.

Current Cycle: 2026 Q1

I am beginning the year with a focus on skill development, physical mastery, creativity, and mindfulness. You can view the full outline of my Q1 Praxis Projects here:

During the quarter, I will share reflections on what worked, what didn’t, and what I plan to adjust for the next cycle:

Why Share These Projects?

Praxis is not a theoretical idea. It is a practice.

By sharing my quarterly cycles openly, I aim to:

  • Model intentional action
  • Demonstrate real-world improvement
  • Show how clarity and rational thinking lead to progress
  • Encourage others to start small and build momentum
  • Create accountability and transparency in my own process

The Praxis Way is for anyone who wants to improve desired outcomes by acting on purpose, with clarity, and with a process they can trust.
These projects show that process in motion.
